As a full-time teammate, you have access to a variety of online degree and certificate programs from Purdue Global with tuition covered, including the RN-to-BSN program, health care administration program, and more. If you’re exploring other institutions, you’re also eligible for Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance benefits, which provide you with up to $5,250 per calendar year to pursue your educational goals.

Part-Time Teammates

As a part-time teammate, you’re eligible for the Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance program, which provides you with up to $2,750 per calendar year at any eligible institution. If you choose to pursue your education at Purdue Global, you can apply your tuition assistance benefits and receive a 20% tuition reduction on undergraduate programs and 14% tuition reduction on graduate programs.

The teammate has to submit the Tuition Reimbursement form, grades, itemized tuition and fees bill, and proof of payment(s) within 60 days of completing the course(s) by submitting an HR ServiceNow Case from Careline (HRServiceNow.rsfh.com → Catalog → Benefits).

NOTES AND CONDITIONS

Accreditation: Purdue Global is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLCommission.org), an institutional accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Please see purdueglobal.edu for additional information about Purdue Global institutional and programmatic accreditation.

Certification Exams: Students are responsible for understanding the requirements of optional certification exams. The University cannot guarantee students will be eligible to sit for or pass exams. In some cases, work experience, additional coursework beyond the Purdue Global program, fieldwork, and/or background checks may be necessary to be eligible to take or to successfully pass the exams. The University cannot guarantee that students will be granted admission to any doctoral programs.

Employment and Career Advancement: Purdue Global and Kaplan North America do not guarantee employment placement or career advancement. Actual outcomes vary by geographic area, previous work experience, and opportunities for employment.

Nursing Programs: Additional certification or licensing may be required to work in certain fields. Nursing programs are not available in all states or locations. The Master of Science in Nursing is currently not available in Tennessee. Our specialized pathways are not available in all states.

Transfer Credits: Purdue Global does not guarantee transferability of credit. See the University Catalog for the Prior Learning policy.

Tuition Covered: Covers the cost of deposit, tuition, nonprogrammatic fees, and books to cover the difference between eligible alliance organization tuition assistance and the cost of completion of a Purdue Global degree. Class repeats or failures will not be eligible for reimbursement. Applies to first-time enrollees of Purdue Global programs; aviation, Purdue Global Law School, and doctoral programs are not eligible. Not all courses require textbooks; some use electronic instructional materials. Recipients are not eligible for other Purdue Global reductions or ExcelTrack® pricing. If eligible for military tuition reductions, tuition will be charged at those predetermined rates. Employees must meet eligibility requirements.

Tuition Reduction: Must be an employee of an organization with which Kaplan North America has an educational relationship. Tuition reduction cannot be applied toward School of Aviation, Purdue Global Law School, doctoral degree programs, or nondegree-seeking courses or in conjunction with any other Purdue Global reduction, voucher, scholarship, military tuition reductions, or ExcelTrack® pricing.
