Full-Time Teammates
As a full-time teammate, you have access to a variety of online degree and certificate programs from Purdue Global with tuition covered, including the RN-to-BSN program, health care administration program, and more. If you’re exploring other institutions, you’re also eligible for Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance benefits, which provide you with up to $5,250 per calendar year to pursue your educational goals.

Part-Time Teammates
As a part-time teammate, you’re eligible for the Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance program, which provides you with up to $2,750 per calendar year at any eligible institution. If you choose to pursue your education at Purdue Global, you can apply your tuition assistance benefits and receive a 20% tuition reduction on undergraduate programs and 14% tuition reduction on graduate programs.

No. All teammates who qualify under the Tuition Assistance Policy can use the benefit for select degree and certificate programs in any discipline for which RSFH has a current or future need. This includes the following Purdue Global programs:

The teammate has to submit the Tuition Reimbursement form, grades, itemized tuition and fees bill, and proof of payment(s) within 60 days of completing the course(s) by submitting an HR ServiceNow Case from Careline (HRServiceNow.rsfh.com → Catalog → Benefits).
