Full-Time Teammates

As a full-time teammate, you have access to a variety of online degree and certificate programs from Purdue Global with tuition covered, including the RN-to-BSN program, health care administration program, and more. If you’re exploring other institutions, you’re also eligible for Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance benefits, which provide you with up to $5,250 per calendar year to pursue your educational goals.

Part-Time Teammates

As a part-time teammate, you’re eligible for the Roper St. Francis Healthcare tuition assistance program, which provides you with up to $2,750 per calendar year at any eligible institution. If you choose to pursue your education at Purdue Global, you can apply your tuition assistance benefits and receive a 20% tuition reduction on undergraduate programs and 14% tuition reduction on graduate programs.

  • How do I get started?
    1. First, complete the form on this page to verify your eligibility.
    2. If eligible, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation message where you can access your educational benefits. You’ll find this same information in an email that will be sent to your inbox.
    3. Your confirmation message and email will outline the next steps of your preferred benefit. If you’re interested in enrolling in Purdue Global, you’ll be directed to Roper St. Francis Healthcare’s exclusive Purdue Global website, where you can learn more about programs and start the application process. You’ll have a few options at this point:
      • Call or chat to speak with an Admissions Advisor in real-time.
      • Fill out a form to request more information about a program you’re interested in. You’ll be contacted by an Advisor at a later time.
      • Apply immediately by starting an application yourself. An Admissions Advisor will be in touch with you to finish the enrollment process.
  • Is this new benefit only for nursing degrees?

    No. All teammates who qualify under the Tuition Assistance Policy can use the benefit for select degree and certificate programs in any discipline for which RSFH has a current or future need. This includes the following Purdue Global programs:

Tuition Covered: Covers the cost of deposit, tuition, nonprogrammatic fees, and books to cover the difference between eligible alliance organization tuition assistance and the cost of completion of a Purdue Global degree. Class repeats or failures will not be eligible for reimbursement. Applies to first-time enrollees of Purdue Global programs; aviation, Concord Law School, and doctorial programs are not eligible. Not all courses require textbooks; some use electronic instructional materials. Recipients are not eligible for other Purdue Global reductions or ExcelTrack® pricing. If eligible for military tuition reductions, tuition will be charged at those predetermined rates. Employees must meet eligibility requirements.

Tuition Reduction: Must be an employee of an organization with which Kaplan North America has an educational relationship. Tuition reduction cannot be applied toward School of Aviation, Concord Law School, doctoral degree programs, micro-credentials, or nondegree-seeking courses or in conjunction with any other Purdue Global reduction, voucher, scholarship, military tuition reductions, or ExcelTrack® pricing.

Nursing Programs: Additional certification or licensing may be required to work in certain fields. Nursing programs are not available in all states or locations. The Master of Science in Nursing is currently not available in Tennessee. Our specialized pathways are not available in all states.

Certification Exams: Students are responsible for understanding the requirements of optional certification exams. The University cannot guarantee students will be eligible to sit for or pass exams. In some cases, work experience, additional coursework beyond the Purdue Global program, fieldwork, and/or background checks may be necessary to be eligible to take or to successfully pass the exams. The University cannot guarantee that students will be granted admission to any doctoral programs.
